Small Hare Lying | Michael Simpson

This sculpture shows the Hare quietly lying in grass soaking up the early Spring sunshine.

The hare has special symbolism and from Pagan times has been associated with fertility and good fortune. This endearing design illustrates the classic pose immortalised in foundry bronze.

Supplied in a gift box with a soft cleaning cloth and a Certificate of Authenticity that includes the edition number and a short biography of the artist. The edition number is also engraved on the base of the sculpture.
