The Japanese Jug Original
Amy is a Norfolk-based painter inspired by the joy and vibrancy of flowers.
She works in acrylics and uses textures and glazes with multiple layers of colour to create interesting and exciting effects. Paint is partially removed and pulled back to reveal hidden colours and she often adorns the painting with metallic leaf to illuminate it even further. Her compositions are born from observations of pattern, whether man-made or natural, such as a beautiful fabric, a grouping of flowers or a ceramic vase with an interesting glaze. Her work is on deep edge canvas with a white tray frame painted in a warm white Farrow and Ball paint
Framed (65x65cm) and ready to hang.
