Refund Policy

 

In-Store Purchases

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to offer a credit note or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition.

Returns should be made within a resalable time (7 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a return on the item. We are unable to offer a credit note or exchange on any specially ordered or customised products.

If you cancel your pre-order, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the full selling price.

Online Purchases

For items purchased online, our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Original Art and commissions

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Replacements 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at hello@redlobstergallery.co.uk.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth over £50.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
