Delivery and Returns
- Standard delivery (3-5 working days) is from £3.99
- We are a small independent business so we have priced our shipping as fairly as possible.
- We do not ship to The Channel Islands or to PO BOX/BFPO addresses.
- Our shipping is dependant on the size and the weight of the order.
- We aim to dispatch your items within 24 hours from the time you place your order
- Please note that some of our products may not be available for postage due to their weight, however we do have a CLICK& COLLECT option available which is a free service.
- We predominately ship with Yodel and Royal Mail and therefore prices are subject to change.
Returns Policy
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt
- Items must be unused and in the original packaging.
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
Refunds/Partial Refunds
- Once the item is returned, we will notify you that we have received your item. After inspection we will update you on the status of your refund, if approved then credit will be applied to the original method of payment.

- Items that you have purchased in the sale are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Items may only be replaced if they are defective or damaged, if so then please contact us at hello@redlobstergallery.co.uk.
Shipping
- If returning items then we kindly ask that you're responsible for covering the shipping costs.
- Our shipping costs are non-refundable so if a refund is received then we will deduct the shipping cost from that refund.
- Depending on where you live, shipping time may vary but we will keep you updated.
- If you are returning an item that is over £50 then we do kindly ask that you use a trackable service, just to ensure that both parties are covered.
