Santa Ove with Saffron Bun

This lovely Santa comes complete with a saffron bun. The sweet yeast rolls that are served during the Christmas season in Sweden are flavoured with golden saffron and dark raisins and often shaped into ‘Lucia cats’ (lussekatter).
