The cheerful golden faces will bloom on impressive towering stems, and produce tasty seeds beloved by birds.

Sunflowers grown in the ground will likely be larger and more impressive. Use a sturdy stake to support them, as the wind may catch the heavy heads and cause the stems to bend or snap.

The Sunflower Bar contains a coir bar packed with seeds. All that’s needed is a small container, water, and a warm, sunny spot on the windowsill. Within 6-8 weeks the seedlings will be ready to plant into the ground or into pots.
