Julia Hulme | Cold Cast Sculpture

Cold-Casting" is a term used to describe the process of mixing metal powder with a resin to create castings that give the appearance of solid metal. Cold cast pewter has a more silver appearance as opposed to "Cold cast bronze". 

Each casting is made from an original sculpture made with clay or wax.  The moulds are then formed using a high quality rubber.  Julia casts and hand finishes each piece with her signature, date and edition numbers.
